PRESIDENT

Judy Keller is a senior leader in the nonprofit sector, with more than 30 years of experience leading organizations in strategic planning, capacity-building, and special projects, program, endowment and capital campaigns.

She has worked with more than 56 nonprofits in ten states and raised more than $100 million by delivering best practices, innovative solutions, and hands-on expertise. With affiliated designers, attorneys and other experts, she is positioned to help your nonprofit organization define, fund, staff, and achieve its goals.

Judy is an experienced fundraising consultant, with past positions as Executive Director of the American Lung Association of Kansas; Development Director for KANU-FM; Assistant Director of Major Gifts, University of Miami; and Executive Director of High Plains Public Radio.

Judy has been an active volunteer and board member in Lawrence, Kansas, where she has lived for 30 years and in Kansas City, Missouri, where the firm is based.

 

MARY LOFTUS

VICE PRESIDENT

Mary Loftus is a development professional with 20 years of experience as Development Director at Topeka Collegiate School.  Mary directed all fundraising efforts including annual fund, auction, major gifts, capital, and endowment campaigns for the preschool-8th grade independent school. 

Her efforts resulted in $8.9 million in donations to Topeka Collegiate during her tenure. She provided continuity of leadership while raising the school’s development efforts to a high level of professionalism and success.  She coordinated special events, developed prospects and helped solicit commitments for scholarships, and played a key role in planning and implementing two capital campaigns.

Mary brings strong writing and communication skills to Keller Consulting clients, the result of her career as television news reporter, anchor and news director.  

Extremely familiar with the Topeka philanthropic community, Mary is a past president of the Topeka chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals, an alumna of Leadership Greater Topeka, and a past board member of Child Care Aware of Eastern Kansas. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in journalism from the University of Kansas.

 

Stacy Tew-Lovasz

SENIOR Vice President

Stacy Tew-Lovasz is a proven executive leader with more than 20 years of experience with both non-profit and for-profit organizations. Stacy is an experienced fundraising professional with multi-state oversight for a nationwide Voluntary Health Organization (VHA) driving strategic efforts in research, care, and support. Before joining Keller Consulting, She served as a Regional Leader and Executive Director for the Alzheimer’s Association.

Stacy has demonstrated her strength in building partnerships with key stakeholders, board and community leaders resulting in highly successful multi-level collaborations at the local, regional and national levels. Her success in generating year after year double-digit revenue and fundraising growth comes in part from her ability to cultivate enduring relationships with major corporations, large donors, and business partners. These collaborations have resulted in transformative growth for the mission.

In particular, Stacy is skilled in leading organizational transformation through a constantly shifting landscape. This has been accomplished by developing strategies aligned with culture and mission, and addressing issues of hearts and minds to maintain strong volunteer and staff engagement. Stacy is proud of her midwestern roots. She was born in Great Bend, Kansas, raised a family in St. Louis, and now resides in downtown Kansas City.

 

Alison Sherman

Chief Accountant

Alison Sherman joined Keller Consulting in 2019, and holds the position of Chief Accountant. She holds both a Master of Accountancy and BS in Accountancy from the University of Missouri- Columbia. She has years of experience in public accounting, auditing, budgeting, pricing, and accounting services. Her honesty, integrity and professionalism are qualities many people appreciate. Alison serves as the Parent Teacher Organization Treasurer at her children’s elementary school and is active in her church music ministry program.
